Morning everybody! Have to check in quick as I need to leave for work in 6 mins and am not dressed yet! BUT, I did a 30 min walk this morning, swam last night and have been 100% on my eating plan for four days now.....does this mean the slump is over ???
I'm doing 30 mins on the treadmill at work at lunch, so I'll have put in one hour today.....and if work messes with that plan, I'll do 30 mins in the pool tonight.
I have a wonderful weekend get-a-way NEXT weekend, so it's been easy to turn away for the bad stuff now...knowing I get one wonderful meal next Sat. (Have you noticed when you dine at a high-end restaurant, it's often easier to eat on plan....fresher food...more accomodation chef?) When I have time (tonight I hope) I'll post a link to the B&B we're staying at in Sedona....it's sooooo beautiful. Then in Aug I have a one day hop-over to Coronado Island. I'm finding that little mini trips (or big vacations

) seem to be the best motivators for me. I can pass on a temptation, knowing I'll have some kind of special treat in a few weeks time. Another motto for me? Let's see, "No thank you, I'd rather have a Zebra Dome!"
