Martha's Vineyard, Harborside Inn II trade?

Has anyone here ever done a trade to Martha's Vineyard, The Harborside Inn?? I used to live there and I am familiar with the building and it's location in Edgartown, however, I have never been inside and was curious about the rooms. Do they have just regular hotel /inn rooms or do they also have 1 and 2 bedroom suites/villas available? If you have traded through the World Passport collection to go there was it a difficult trade to get?

I haven't been there but the rating and reviews on TUG are average to below average. There are only 2 reviews with the last one being 2000 and a rating of 5.3

I Have Stayed At The Harborview Hotel A Couple Of Times It Is A Very Nice Resort. They Have Regular Rooms, And Suites. Beautiful Location. My Parents Are Actually Going In Sept For 4 Days. You Would Like It.

It's not the Harborview Hotel the name is definitely the HARBORSIDE INN and it's located on South Water Street in Edgartown.

I think friends of mine stayed there last year and liked it, but I think there are 7 properties(and they have shared facilities). I know I walked past it..and it was nice. Very close to everything.
