It does kinda sound like Maroon 5....... i was in my room watching the video on my computer and my little brother comes in and says is that Maroon 5 ( he likes marron 5) with smile and i was like no thats the Jonas Brothers and he was like oh i hate the jonas brothers and left the room stomping out...... lol it was so cute because he is kinda little and he said it in like a squeaky voice!!

The beat reminds me of the Maroon 5 song "If I Never See You Face Again". And the music video for that is almost exactly like "Wake Up Call". Both have the whole movie theme going on. That's about it. They don't remind me of eachother, vocal wise, at all.
