Marriott Village in LBV

We are staying at the Fairfield Inn at the Marriott Village in LBV. When we stayed there last year our room had a small pull-out sofa and a fridge. Does anyone know if ALL the rooms have these or did we just luck out last year?

All the rooms have a fridge. Don't know about the sofa because we had 2 double beds.
