Marriott Vacation Club question

We just came back from a week one Kauai (what a great island!) and noticed a Marriott Vacation Club resort right next to the Hyatt on Poi'pu beach. The location and resort looked really nice. Is this on our exchange option and has anyone stayed there?

Yes, it's called Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club and it has only 2 BR and full kitchens. It is on the DVC II exchange list already. Did you see the other timeshares in the immediate area like the Embassy right next door to the Hyatt and Lawaii Beach Resort right across from Poipu beach?
