Anyone have any comments on either of these hotels? The Marriott is the new suites hotel on harbor.

The Mariott is down Harbor Blvda ways and is not really walkable. If you are fine using a shuttle that would work. I haven't stayed there but it is nice very looking and in an area with many new hotels and restaurants. The Anabella is quite close ( across the street from the California Screamin Coaster) and probably a 10 minute walk to the front gate of the parks. It is three older motels that were extensively remodeled. The room decore is very nice and the grounds have been landscaped in a tropical manner. This place has almost all exterior corridors. There are a large virety of room sizes, shapes and configurations.

gong by location, the anabella is closer but I have not stayed in either one. marriot is always good, have you tried the
Residence Inn Anaheim/Disneyland

We stayed there last year. The rooms and the grounds are nice and clean. It is a brisk 15-20 minute walk to the Disneyland main entrance. It "feels" longer than it probably is.

Their DL shuttle system, OTOH, leaves something to be desired. Despite having three minivans to run back and forth to DL, they rarely run more than one, even in the crowded early mornings and after the fireworks show.

If you intend on using a shuttle to Disneyland, avoid the Residence Inn (unless someone has information indicating that they have corrected their deficient system).

We are staying at the Anabella June 21 - 28. Although I have never stayed there I like what I've been reading on the web about the property...

I believe it is much closer than the Marriott you mentioned.
