Marriott Grande Vista?

Hi everyone!!

Will be staying at the Marriott's Grande Vista in a 2bed/bath in June for a week and after doing a search on this resort, the reviews sound pretty good. Just wondering, from what I think I understand, the Ibiza building is the newest, or am I wrong? Any information would be great. Thanks in advance.

Don't request building 79. We are here right now, and there is a building go up right next door. The noise starts at 7AM Monday thru Saturday. Doesn't bother me, I am an early riser, but it is getting to my DH. I really can't complain thou, Building 79 is one of three buildings I requested not knowing about the construction.

I called them directly too, and asked the young lady could she fax me over a layout of the resort with the building numbers, in which she did. It shows the layout of the resort, building numbers, and where everything is basically located. I think the newer area is somewhere between buildings 79-86?? If you have a fax, they would be happy to fax it to you. There fax number is 407-283-0900, phone number is 407-238-7676. I would like to know what type of views these particular buildings have before requesting one, but kinda don't want to bug the front desk again, so if anyone could tell me about the views, that would be great.

As I said in a previous post, I am in Building 79. Non-Smoking Building, new Villa, great location, right across the bridge from the main building. If you are an early riser, this building will be great. If not, construction workers start a 7AM, Monday thru Saturday. Not an issue for me, but DH likes to sleep in, so this is a problem.

I dialed both numbers and with the fax number it says, we're sorry, the number you are trying to reach is not valid.... When I called the resort number it kept ringing and ringing.

I will look them up later when I get home.....Please don't go nuts responding to this post, I just wanted to let everyone else who is interested know. I'll post the numbers later this afternoon.
