Marriott Cypress Harbour Questions

In the refurbished rooms at CH, how comfortable are the sofabeds? Are they the traditional 'bar' foldout sofas or the more luxurious type thick mattress a la DVC?

Also, are the room entirely refurbished now or are they still working on this?
