Marriott Aruba Ocean Club trade for DVC points

Interested in trading our two bedroom Marriott Aruba Ocean Club Villa for 270 DVC points. The Marriott is a platinum season float and is Oceanview. I would be happy to check availability for any week in 2004. I am a DVC member.

Hi Paul,
We are in fact interested in booking a vacation in Aruba for 2004. Ideal weeks would be Feb15-22;April 4-11:April 11-18 - although we would consider others in Jan, Feb or March.

Thanks for the endorsement, Dean. I would love to see other DVCers post their other timeshares on here too. I've decided to rent to DVC members at the same point value DVC uses for The World Passport Collection (270pts for a 2br high season). The benefits are that there is no exchange fee and, most importantly, it's actually available!

I am awaiting the transfer of ownership from Marriott so I will not be able to check availability for 2004 until mid to late December.

That will cause a problem as essentially all the Platinum time will be gone. You will have little or possibly no dates to chose from. Good luck.

Hi.

Since we can book up to 12mos out, Dec 2004 will be available. It's definitely worth a try to get a reservation Jan-April so I would encourage people who have some flexibility to let me know if they're interested. Can't hurt to try.

Hi - We are still interested but will need a definite date of availability. I am hoping to firm up travel plans ASAP. Have any ideas? Our DVC base is OKW.
