Would the "Lamb" be similar in taste & texture to the lamb gyros meat that ALL of my family loves? (Typical gyros meat found at most gyros or greek restaurants).
Would the "Lamb" be similar in taste & texture to the lamb gyros meat that ALL of my family loves? (Typical gyros meat found at most gyros or greek restaurants).
I think it was Lamb shank, does that sound right? It was not chopped up at all, just a big piece of lamb. I wanted a taste, but I also wanted to keep my fingers.
