It's hard to believe it has already been a week since the race. This time last week I was trying to get some shut-eye. It wasn't working.

Congratulations, again, to Denny, Mike, Stephen, Cindy and Matt. Also, thank you for all of the lovely Scream Teamers who were out there supporting us.

This morning Cam went out for a run/walk with her training partner. I met them at Panera Bread for breakfast. There were three bikers in there grabbing some breakfast. One of the fellows, seeing me in my MCM shirt and jacket, asked me if I ran the MCM. He too had run it, his first marathon. He finished in 4:03. I finished at 4:10. He said he made it to the start late, getting there with 7 minutes to spare before the cannon went off. Small world, huh?
