
I WORKED OUT TONIGHT!!!
Did a 2 mile walk w/ DH (106 degrees & 20% humidity), then we came back and went to the gym and hit the weights! Here's what I did:
Lat pull downs- 20 lbs - 2 sets of 15
Back Rows-30 lbs - 2 sets of 15
Chest (bench) Press - 20 lbs - 2 sets of 15
Crunches - center - 3 sets of 15
Crunches - side to side - 3 sets of 15
Tricep Kickbacks - 8 lbs weights - 2 sets of 10
Tricep Extensions - 8 lbs weights - 1 set of 10 (those hurt!)
I feel pretty good tonight about the workout...now I have to get back into eating right. I started out good, and had plans to end up good....(oatmeal for b-fast, and salsa chicken in the crock pot for dinner) Lunch really screwed me up....BAD!!! We went to this burrito place....I swear the thing was as big as my head!!

I only ate half of it, but that was still too much!!
Ok...goal for tomorrow -
*same workout
*oatmeal for b-fast
*salad for lunch
*leftover salsa chicken for dinner??
* WATER WATER WATER!!!
That is completely doable. I've noticed that the girls at this office eat more than we did back in Memphis!!
Someone brings breakfast EVERY day....they eat out for lunch EVERY day!! I made the comment to them today that I'd already spent all my money on Jenny Craig. I think they got it....

(No money to eat out every day, nor did I want to eat the crap that they did....
