B-Breakfast Scramble
S-Toffee Bites

L-Southwestern Style Chicken Burrito w/ a salad
D-Meatloaf w/ BBQ sauce (w/ potato wedges & carrot strips)
S-(later tonight) 1/2 cup mixed fruit (canned)
Water - 80 oz
Exercise - 20 min's on the mil, push-ups (10), a bunch of crunches, (side to sides, reverse, forward...total was 40), free weights - upper arm exercises. Total workout time was 60 minutes.
So today was interesting. The girls all ordered pizza for lunch, while I had my burrito...the pizza smelled good, but I resisted. Heck, I just spent how much for this food??!!
One of my resolutions is faultering already...the patience one...especially at work. I actually left the office 3 times before I mouthed off at someone. It just gets old sometimes. I just keep praying for this job to come through....won't know anything for another month or so...but I'm hopeful!
Linda - I went to the JC Center here in town. When you go in, you come home w/ your food, otherwise I could order it online or by phone. It's across town, but that's ok...it makes me accountable, and I weigh in there too.
Kim-Man, I was hesitant to post those measurements...they aren't pretty!! I told DH, no wonder my bra's are tight...I'm in the wrong size...call Goodyear, tell them I need tractor tire to holster the girls!! (he laughed...he thinks I'm nuts anyway!) Also, once the tv is in place, I'll take the pictures....it's a great little workout area for me!!
Amy - OMG - the food is SOOO much better than it was 14 years ago!!! It's amazing!! So far everything has been good, and filling. I did get hungry before dinner tonight, but that's because my afternoon snack was supposed to be yogurt, but I don't like yogurt, so I'll have to find a substitute.
ok...off to put some laundry away, and jump in the shower!
