Does anyone know around what times that Marie meets at the flag pole in MK?

wow am I glad you asked this. I thought she was in France/EPCOT. Google now tells me otherwise.
We hunted her down without success in 2007. Finally met her in 2011.

10:30-12, and 1:10-2:30 is what I found. However, I don't know this firsthand, so there is a chance it's not 100% correct.
