Margaritas and babies

good for you for wanting to try one! they are wonderful. i had 2 kids in tow the last time i was in 'mexico' at wdw and had one. loved it!

who cares what others think???

same people who judge you for drinking a margarita are the same who judge for you having a harness on your child... not to start a fight...but i think parents should give themselves a break!

Your post cracked me up! I was thinking, now who is asking if it's okay to give their baby a margarita!!!! Just for the record, it's fine as long as there's no risk of SUI (you know, strollering under the influence!)

I didn't read through all the pages of this thread, but I would say that it's just fine to drink one drink or a few as long as you aren't flat out drunk in public. I'll be in WDW in May with several family members and my 3 month old son. I plan on having a few beers while at the parks that serve alcohol. I don't breastfeed and I know my personal limits so I wouldn't be too concerned about what other people think. My theory is this - if someone has time to monitor what YOU are doing while on vacation, they obviously aren't enjoying their own. Plus, Epcot's WS is known to some as a place where you can "drink around the world" so it's not like you'd be a lone drinker in any country in WS!

Thanks I am going to enjoy my margarita. Just another one of those things to worry about. I actually saw a thread about the dreamsicle? thing in france I may change my mind and try one of those instead. DH says to have both (we are going to EPCOT twice) I guess we'll see.
