Mardi Gras Which Park?

We are going the 2nd week of Mardi Gras....... I was wondering if we should start out at IOA and then head over to US in the afternoon. We will arrive on Wednesday and go to IAO on Thursday, and then US on Friday, So Saturday will be our last day... I have breakfast ressies for the SPiderman Breakfast on Saturday so I don't think it would be a problem, do you?

Mardi Gras Festivities at Universal Studios don'r begin until the early evening hours, so starting out at IOA would work just fine.
