Mardi Gras only tickets?

This may be a stupid question, but is there a Mardi Gras only ticket that gives acces to the park only after 6pm or whatever primarily for the Mardi Gras parade and concert? I faintly remeber something like this from last year, but I may just be crazy.

Valid for one admission to Universal Studios Florida on any event Saturday after 5:00 PM. February 14 through March 27, 2004.

Florida & Georgia residents save $10 with a specially marked Wendy's bag or tray liner and a valid FL/GA ID.
