Yeah, hot info just realeased.
I don't really care for the selections. Seems they're trying to bring 40 something people to the concerts.
What they need to do is bring a collections of acts like they did at Jingle Ball down here in South Florida.
They had acts like Simple Plan, Michele Branch, Julio Igelisas, Clay Aiken
Here's a link to the pics.

This is what they need to bring. Teens are not going to drag their parents out to see the B-52s. Parent's won't bring their children to see the B-52's because they'll be bored, and quite frankly, I don't care to see those old acts anymore.
Look at the acts in the Jingle Ball, Listen to your Y-100 station in Orlando, bring those bands here next year, and you'll get all the teens to drag their parents to the park. Granted, pop acts can't headline a show by themselves, they need a few acts. For example, Simple Plan is touring with MxPX. But you get the idea. Bring 3 pop acts, let each one do a few tunes. During the break, parents can go for a beer run.
I'd love to hear what the marketing department was thinking on this one. Oh, and I'm going to Jingle Ball next year, no doubt about it.
