Mardi Gras Concert

I'm leaving for US/IOA on April 9th for my 2nd annual vacation with my 2 younger sisters.

There will be a concert (LL Cool J I think) on the 12th as part of the Mardi Gras festivities. Where are these concerts usually?

And if the concert starts at the same time the parks close, do they just shut down the rides, but leave the grounds open?

Also, to clarify, I won't need another ticket to see the concert, will I?

The concerts are held in the Boneyard:

You would not need a separate ticket for the concert. They are included with your park admission.
