We didn't stay for the Frankie Valli concert, but we really enjoyed the parade last weekend. We have been debating all week going to see the B52's. I would like to, but I am concerned about the crowds with it being a holiday weekend. We try and time all our trips for low times.

We will be there the 12th for Foreigner... I wanna know what love is? I'm going through menopause so I can relate to 'Hot Blooded'

We went on their website and they have a new song. They sound really good. I'm looking forward to this. Only trouble is our DD12 get's bored all of a sudden when Mardi Gras concerts start. They are not her thing... until she heard 'Neon Trees' will be there the week after. We missed Montgomery Gentry and she held on for at least three songs from Miranda Lambert... So here's hoping she makes it to four or more songs for Foreigner. I told her these were the songs I listened to when I was 13/14 years old but she looks kinda bored She's thinking ya, you were never my age

We are planning on going for Neon Trees. My teenage daughter loves them. Hubby and I checked them out on Youtube and they were pretty good.

I had to work last week, but I did get to see the parade go by. I'm hoping to catch a concert sometime this weekend after work though.
