MARCHing like Mulan - Exercise Challenge

Good Morning Teammates!

We've got a few folks aready reporting minutes, and we're off to a good start.

Try hard not to get a case of the "Mondays" and carve out some time for yourself to move. Remember, every minute counts and every step, bicep curl, jump, stroke, pedal, etc. gets you closer to your goal.

Ok - I need to join. I can't decide on my minutes. We're planning to be in Disney for a week in the middle of the month, and in the past I've counted that as 2 hours per day because of all the walking we do. I think I'll count those as 90 minutes this month, just to push myself and because I plan to sit by the pool a lot more than we did last trip! hee hee...

Put me down for 1260. That's 180 min/week on the non vacation weeks and all that disney walkin.... So far:

I didn't quite make goal last month due to illnesses and some other unforseen circumstances but I'm hoping there won't be any issues for March!
 
Yesterday I did 55 mins of strength, and today 55 mins of cardio. I also fell of my diet wagon today(husband wanted to go out for lunch) and am going to have to work extra hard to get back on track :sad2:

I don't really have anything planned for this month. I do have a 5K at the end of next month. :yay: Spent ALL day sitting in the jury box listening to medical testimony. Ugh! No moving at all!!
Went to the gym tonight, it was super packed! I couldn't get on the treadmill, they were all taken. I decided to try the elliptical but accidentally got on the stair stepper instead. When I realized my mistake I moved over to the elliptical. Boy, that's a hard machine!! Finished up on the treadmill once one was available.

Ooh, is it too late to get in on this? It sounds like just what I need to get motivated!

I'm very new, so I'll start with a modest 20 min a day, or 620 minutes for the month.

I was a bit of a lump on Sunday, but I did make 20 min on Monday (unfortunately by shoveling snow :sad2: ).

30 minutes for me today. Got my run in nice and and early which is a good thing because aint no way I'm getting off my butt now. I realized that I also forgot to report yesterday's workout of 30 min isometric exercises.
