The rest of this week I am playing single parent - so I'm hoping to take walks on my lunch break, do all of my PT in the evenings, and maybe do some workout videos.

That is sometimes an even bigger accomplishment than whatever workout you actually do!

No clue how to multi quote on my phone so, Pluto- my new skirt is from target. Aqua and grey. Love it!

As for me, 40 min of circuit training and Pilates tonight brings me to 585/800.
 
2 hours walking and jogging. My leg started to feel tight so I had to slow it down on the way back.

Exercise is the only thing keeping me sane right now.

Just the usual walking (this morning twice in the rain and wind for a total of 5 miles!). Last week I slept in and missed my Y class, but yesterday I was up and there. Not reallly up and at 'em, but I was there! :thumbsup2 I'm starting to feel better, but since I'm still living in the bottom of a well and could barely hear my alarm this morning, I guess I'll call the doctor.

I did 25 minutes of 30 day shred and a 30 minute ab class yesterday, and 25 minutes of 30 day shred and a 30 minute cardio class today.

My new total is: 750/1000!! Woohoo!
 
Tried xc skiing for the first time today, WOW. Just wow. It's hard! BUt very fun.

We skiied for 2.5 hours net, according to the HRM. I'm counting every minute and I'm eating junk for dinner with impunity.:)

That sounds awesome! 2.5 hours is definitely worth a "free" dinner. Enjoy!
 
Adding 30 min Sunday walking, 90 min Gym, mostly treadmill and arm and waist machines..........especially that twisty thing I hate so much, but works so good!:rotfl2: so adding 120
