hehe... we have 2 more games left so yeah... we get to perform two more times..
but for the next 2 wks guard is working on our pep rally routines (b4 the thanksgiving game there is a huge pep rally, and each of the 3 sqauds we have [flags/rifles/dance] have a song that we have made up a routine to and perfrom it) so yeah...
then, after thanksgiving, INDOOR GUARD! hehe I <3 indoor guard... it's so much fun!

Im in the marching band!! i play the clarinet! i love being in the marching band its so much fun and its great because we have a lot of people. we don't compete, but we get to do three shows every year and play almost 50 pieces in the stands! Last year we did a Lion King show, which was awesome!

We have been sight reading this week to see what we will play in concert band. We are going to Hawaii or Canada in 2006 so we have to audition in January. Is any one going on a trip for band soon?

Our music department is going to Disney World this Febuary!!

For indoor drumline, I get to go to Dayton X2, Nashville, and Indianapolis for WGI stuff! Schweetness...

For our band trip this year, we're going to Cleveland, Ohio. What fun! lol... We're performing at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, and then get to go to Ceder Point amusement park as well as other stuff...

Next year tho, we're trying to get to go to a Bowl game.. so that will either be someplace like Florida, Texas, Arizona, or Cali!

My frosh year we went to Disney.. that was the BEST trip EVER! Marching down Main St with all these people watching you is SO much fun! And being in disney with your friends and NO parents=GREAT!

i completely agree! we went to disney this past spring and it was my best marching experience ever. even though we weren't heading up a parade, people were still really in to it and it was just so much fun! and i loved going around the parks with my friends.
