He plays in the pitt Lol. I was like watching him yesterday at the game and my eyes were wide the entire time I was like WOAH! Lol.

we just stopped rehearsals today to work on concert band. we play at pep rally next friday, and the homecoming game, with some new stand tunes.i have a saxophone lesson today at 4:45..ugh $20/half-hour.

Our next show is Michael Jackson themed... complete with the 'Thriller' dance from the music video during Thriller.

I don't get to do it though, I play snare and the drumline has to play while the rest of the band puts there instruments down to dance.

The other teams band, 2 weeks ago, played a Vegas ensemble. They sucked, but it was still cool hearing familiar songs.

Wow. we just lost 56-7 to our rival school. And our pre-show was pretty bad too ):

Darn! The one time their band is weak (NO TUBAS AND ONLY 3 OR FOR DRUMS?!) we have to go and play fiesta bahia, and we were clearly not ready.

Our football team lost 35-7 last night. And our band was late to the game because our director thought it started at 7:30 when it started at 7:00!

whoah that stinks. our homecoming game is next fridaayy woot! here is my band schedule for that day:
7:00-arrive at band wing
7:20-pep rally prep(rehearse songs)
12:50-leave class early to prepare
1:20-pep rally
3:30-5:30-marching band rehearsal
6:30-be in stands

Ugh. Last night was homecoming.
Which sucked alot.
B/C we had to march the homecoming parade route down to the stadium instead of our regular route. And it's SOOOOO much longer. It's like. A mile and a half long.
It's redunkulous. Lol.
Then RIGHT when we got to the stadium, we had to do pregame.
Because our new band director is late EVERYWHERE so we held up the whole parade.
I was sooo tired last night.

Our homecoming game is in 3 weeks. We play our field show before the game. Usually we play the fight song and the national anthem. It's a lot of fun because at half time, we can just hang out and watch the "crowning" of the king and queen and watch the fireworks.
