Let's step it up and get ready for the Spring weather that should be coming soon!
I know I have lots planned for the month with family and travel and will need to stay even more focused as I continue this weight loss journey.
Come join me as we support each other in reaching our goals and becoming healthier!

I am going to try for 8 this month, I didnt succeed in February, hopefully March is a better month for me!
 
I think that I'm going to go for 5 this month. That will putr me on track for my next mini-goal. 0/5
 

DW and I both have birthdays this month, plus we're going on vacation so this will be tough. However, psychologically I know having a higher goal will push me harder and keep me on track, so I'll set a goal of 10 lbs. for this month.
 
Hi all, Put me down for 5 pounds weight loss for March. It will be alittle bit tough for me because it's my birthday month but I will try.

This week I lost 2lbs!!

It's been awhile since I've posted here. Last fall I joined the pants challenge and each monthly challenges. It kept me honest with myself even though I didn't ever meet my goals...But since probably December I've been so out of control, I can't stand myself. Please put me down for 5 pounds this month. I think I can do that. If I do 5/month for three months,then when I go on vacation in May I will have lost 15 pounds. That would be wonderful!

Well.....I didn't make my goal last month but I'm not sure if it's because I was being unrealistic or I didn't put forth the effort I should have. I hit 7.5/12 in February so I'll go for 10 in March. Thanks for doing the challenge, it really helps me stay motivated.
 
I'm going to try for 5 pounds again this month, and one of these months I'm going to make it. This is the month I really need to do it, so I'll have a little buffer when I go to wdw on april 2nd.

Well.... put me in for 10 again this month. I just barely missed it last month and I will have the added incentive of our trip creeping in closer than ever to keep me on track. Ten pounds maybe a little aggressive, considering there are only four weigh-in Fridays, but I've GOT to keep my motivation high... especially with Easter thrown in there!.....................P
 
Hi all! I am just starting (again) to try and lose some weight. This sounds like a great motivator! So how does this work? Do you post each week what you have lost? I hope to lose 5 pounds this month. (well, I hope for more, but wouldn't want to set myself up for failure the first month :) )
 
Put me down for 10 again. I only lost ONE (yes ONE :sad1: ) pound last month, but I figure plateaus can only last so long right???:confused:
 
I did 6.7/6.0 in January.

I did 5.4/7.0 in February.

So I am going to try for 7 pounds again this month. It will be tough with Easter (which is also my daughter's 21st birthday), but I will put ALOT of effort into it.

You post a weight loss whenever you want during the month. Whatever timing works best for you.

I think I have everyone added. Glad to see familiar faces and :welcome: to our new challengers and those starting over.
And speaking of "starting over", thanks, Lisa, for posting the motivational poem over here and also for helping keep our new challengers informed!:thumbsup2

Add me to the ones who hasn't met goal the last few months. :sad2:

I can't believe it, we're only 3 days in and I'm already 2.5/10. That's 25% of my monthly goal!!! :scared1: I've decided to stick to my diet for both mine and DW's birthdays this month (i.e., no cake for me :( ). Hopefully I can stick to it during our vacation next week.
