Hi! I cant decide when to book my trip...my options are the last week in March or last week in April. I want it to be warm as I have 2 small children and will probably be spending alot of time by the pool...but not too warm because we'll be doing at least 2 days visiting the MK. Any thoughts would be appriciated. Thanks!!

That's an easy choice for me......the last week in April. The weather is a little warmer but maybe a little wetter too. But the big reason to take the last week in April has to do with the crowds. The last week of March can be crowded with spring break and Easter vacations. It is also just about the most expensive time at WDW for getting a room. The end of April may be cheaper and it will be less crowded.

Both times are decent, in April they have the Flower and garden show at EPCOT. From what I hear and have read tis is a very beautiful time at EPCOT. Crowds should be less during April, we will be there the first week of Spring Break, as we were last year, crowds were managable, excpet for those darn cheerleaders doing their cheers in the waiting lines. I think they will be there this year also, oh well if you can't beat em' join em'.

I wonder what the would do if I started doing my own cheers?

Going the last week of April will allow you to avoid both the Spring Break and Easter crowds. Plus it is still early enough in the year so as to not get unbearably hot (usually). Since you don't list your location, I don't know what climate you are coming from. Typically, the end of March is already out of the cold weather at Orlando.

DW and I visited WDW two years ago during easter weekend. ( I work for a company that gets Good Friday and the Monday after Easter off)

We went to the Magic Kingdom on Easter Sunday and it was literally a ZOO! It was crowded and difficult to get around in the park, I thought that maybe I had time warped to Christmas it was so crowded.

I would stay awy from the week before and after Easter if at all possible.

Hope this helps!

Last week of april definetley. Spring breaks and Easter have passed and the weather is great. The Flower and Garden show is a big plus. :sunny:
