I'm not posting to brag or anything, i just want to see what my final total will be so I know where to set my goal for next month. Everyone is doing so well! keep it up : )

Had several days where I didn't do much of anything, so I won't make my goal, but I'll keep plugging away.

Between yesterday and today, I've added 110 minutes.

Which puts me at 470/1000
 
70 minutes at the gym this evening, putting me up to 665/600. I made my goal! :) Wasn't much this month but after really slacking for a couple of months I feel really good about this. Will shoot for more next time.
 
Hi everyone

105 minutes for me today, I warmed up for 20 minutes on the bike for 5 miles, then did the rest of the minutes with strength training and exercises on the "bean"

I'm seeing some great numbers!! Way to go everyone. Once again, I lost sight of my goal for a few days. Then, excessive company found me slacking a few more. I did walk a lot on Friday and then got myself moving again the last two days. 990/1500....3800/18000

I will have to average 85 min a day to make my goal. I may not make it, but I'm certainly going to try. Luckily, the weather is starting to shine brightly so I see more walking on the horizon. Keep up the great work everyone! All of you past goal already are real inspirations to me!
