March Exercise Challenge-Come Join the "Madness"!!

60 min today between some yard work and chasing DD up and down the sidewalk on her bike. Unfortunately, the ice and snow returns tomorrow so back to the bike I'll go.

60 minutes today, 30 minutes on C25K, week 3, workout 3; the other 30 minutes was doing exercises, including pilates, lower body work and abdominals.

March 120/1200
 
75 min bike ride. 195/1800.
 

I'd love to join you for the exercise challenge. I'd also like to do the yearly challenge, but missed january, so I'll go for the 11 months.

I want to exercise 1000 minutes in february, and want to make 10,000 minutes for the year.

For this month, I have done 75 min of watp videos, for 75/1000, and last month made 955+ 75 = 1030/10,000 for the year. Is that the way to do it? Update the yearly total when you update for this month, or do you wait til the end of the month and do it then?

Just off the treadmill.....45 minutes today. That puts me at 100/1000.

mikamah- you can add to your yearly total each time (probably the easiest) I usually double check the numbers as well. It works best for me if you keep track of your totals. I have enough trouble keeping track of my own, much less everyone elses!!!

Thanks. I'll definitely keep track too. That's great motivation to make a goal for the year. Thank you for running this challenge, and for all your free time you give to it. It is appreciated.

Hmm, let's see. March 3rd & after a weekend of kid hockey tournaments & sitting on the couch like a lump tonight, I need to get moving!

I'm in for 1000 again.
