60 more minutes today, 90/950 and 1480/12000 for the year.

60 minutes today,

10 minutes cardio warm up and then 50 minutes strength training,

Keep on keeping on!!!! We can do this!

I'm off to a pretty good start-111 minutes, so I'm 111/900.
 
Yesterday on the treadmill....50 minutes.
That brings me to 150/1000

Tonight I'll probably exercise after tech rehearsal (for my dd) and while watching AI on the DVR.
 
Walked some more today.

I've got in 110/1200.

Hey everyone who is using that word "only." Do not belittle what is is you are doing. Be proud! 30/45 or any minutes is more than doing nothing.
