Just back from March Break trip (March 6-12) and lots of tips to share. I also find answers to my own questions that I asked here prior to the trip. :)

Crowd level during March Break
I was scared prior because they extended MK hours to 1am. That means high high crowds. We found out that it is manageable and not too crowded, if you choose the parks properly. This year's Easter is late April, which also help spread out Spring Break crowd over many weeks.

To choose park day, I used easywdw. It is quite accurate. Other factors do affect crowd levels: Fantasy Parade premiere, rain.

Fantasy Parade FP+ area
We booked it, but cancelled it because it forecast heavy rain. It ended up sunny, and the show is on. We got a spot in front of the castle, directly across from the FP+ reserved area. First row of people obtained their place at around 2:20pm. The FP+ area opened at around 2:30pm. To obtain a good /front row space with FP+, you need to arrive at 2:30pm.

I found my location and the FP+ location to be NOT GOOD. It is very sunny, hot, and you have to look to the West to see the parade. We were looking at the direction of the sun, really hurt the eyes. Also, the FP+ location is on the inside curve of the route. The floats are not heading towards it, but away from it. It is not good for photos or viewing.

I would suggest to get a spot on Main Street to see it, on the side of Crystal Palace.

MK FP+ use
From crawling here enough, you should know to book the FP+ for afternoon, and please use "mesaboy2's thread" to prioritize your needs. Those priorities ROCK!!!

Enchanted Belle: definitely need a FP+ if you want to do it during the day. The wait is minimal (15 minutes/ 1 show). We repeat it at night at 10:30pm and 11pm. App said wait time is 20minutes. We found that it means "walk-on". You just have to wait for enough people (20 people) to have a show. No real line.

Mickey Meet: during the day, line is long and need a FP+. We went at 9:30pm right after the Electrical Parade for 15 minutes wait, and again at midnight with 0 wait. We walked right in to see Mickey, we were the only ones there. So, do it when you head out at late night!

Tinkerbell Meet: We went right after Fantasy parade, and waited only 10 minutes. Great time to see her. The Dole Whip line is even longer than that.

Speedway: When it said 30 minutes standby, we waited only 10 to hop on the car. The posted wait time allows for about "15 minutes" of FP+ return people.

Character Rain location: Marie is near the Barber Shop, and Pluto is near Stroller rental. Look around, as the other CMs have no clue even if you ask!

BOG Lunch FP+: Super!! No wait at all. Don't need to pre-order, as it only takes 2 minutes on the spot.

CRT dinner: Disappointed! Rush rush rush!! The princesses experience became. "Hi, let me sign this for you! (sign) Come here and take a picture together. (pic) Bye." It was much better last year, and princesses linger/chat a bit before running away. The food portion has gotten smaller also. You may walk out hungry! All this high cost only save you the wait time to see princesses. Quality has gone down.

All Attractions after 9:30pm: Walk-on / minimal wait. We rode the flying carpets 5 times continuous without having to get out. Many carpets fly empty, and it is great to see Wishes on a carpet. Simply Magical.

Epcot Flower Festival food booths
For weekends, lines for these booths are very long. On weekdays, lines are minimal. I think it is because locals visit the Festival during weekends. So, please choose a weekday to go there.

AK Jungle Parade
I love it, and have to watch it before it ends in June. I watched it twice on the same day. Great spots both times!! Strategy is to wait at a bench north of Pizzafari. It is in shade. I watched the parade as it head out. Then, I walked north into the shop for a bit. Came out to see the parade again after it finishes the whole route. We were the last guests before it head in, so nearly all characters interact with us!!

Magic Bands

They mess up the accounts. The system confuses me with my friend, and what I charge is to her account. But it didn't swap the FP+. So I am stuck with my husband to use only his band for charging and dining. Front desk tried to fix it twice, and said it's ok. But it is mess up again and again. They CANNOT fix it. Hate the confusion, and this whole system needs a lot of work!!

MDE
Well, I like it and hate it. Like it because you can change it on the go. Hate it because I see "System Challenges" often. It is not available many of the time during the day AND night.

Making changes to your FP+ choices
If you can't book the desired time, change it on the day of, before park opens. All time slots are back on!!

We will be there early April. I love the idea of watching Wishes from a magic carpet. Great Tips! Thanks for sharing.

Excellent tips, thank you! I'm surprised there was no wait for the carpets, I definitely want to ride them during Wishes!
