Is anyone finding any good flight deals lately from Detroit or Buffalo for march
break?:confused3

last weekend there was a sale on jetblue but only going to Fort Myers and only travelling Tuesday to Tuesday

I got Jet Blue too for 89.00 p.p. each way. Waaay cheaper than what I was finding out of T.O. or any other airport here. Check out Jet Blue. Hope that helps you!

I got a great deal during the holidays when AirTran had the $25.00 off coupon. It was $48.00 one way from Pittsburgh - Fort Myers less $25.00 so I got 5 round trip tickets for a total of $335.00US including taxes. The flights are nonstop as well which is great.
I flew out of Pittsburgh 2 years ago and it's a great airport plus don't have to deal with the Ambassador bridge in Detroit which took over an hour to get across last year on the friday of March break. Pittsburgh is just over 4hrs from Oakville and Detroit is the same basically to the airport. I have never waited more than 10 minutes at the Peace Bridge in Buffalo.

Southwest Buffalo to MCO $660 for 4 people March 16-25, 2009.

I am looking for the same...we are hoping to leave march 14 and return on the 21st...the prices are sickening...It is for 5 of us, including an 8,9, and 5 yr old..The cheapest I can find is out of detroit for around 2000.00...Geez, we went to disney on june 29 and flew out of detroit, same 5 of us, for 800.00!! This is insane!!

Not to Orlando but I got $98 each way to Ft lauderdale on Air canada. Leaving on the Monday the 16th till the following monday.

I looked and looked for flights for months and wasn't finding any deals at all. I am a teacher so I can't be flexible with dates or wait til the monday to come back, etc.

We are paying over $300 each with 1 stop.. out of Buffalo to MCO. Not a deal at all and pretty much the most expensive part of my trip

The deals are there if you don't mind stopovers and wierd flight times midweek. I'm fairly certain that these cheap flights everyone is talking about are not direct and not on weekends - we are flying JetBlue from Buffalo on March 11th and I paid almost $400 each which was a deal at the time and the same flight has since gone up $200 (we come home on the 21st - a Saturday). I have actually seen Air Canada Flights for less if youfly midweek direct! In fact, I am flying direct in 2 weeks to Orlando on Air Canada and my flight taxes in was $378 CDN!! But it's a Tuesday/Friday flight.

Airtran has a nonstop $69 mco to buff today for Mar 19. I snagged it. Traded in my connecting flights and only cost me $28 with seat selection!!:cool1:
Hope this helps someone else!

We got $69 direct from Portland, Maine to Orlando going and $89 direct coming back!!!!!

$368.00 plus tax for 2 round trip!!!!!! Add exchange too...

Charleyann

My friend got Portland, Maine to Sarasota for $59 plus tx....

:thumbsup2

We are leaving the Tuesday before the March Break and we got 74.00 one way per person with a 1 1/2 hour delay in NY. On the way back we are flying out of Tampa and we are leaving on the 18th which is a Wednesday and I got 94.00 per person one way with again a 1 1/2 hour stop over in NY. Not bad for 5 people. This is all out of Buffalo with Jetblue.
