March 8-14, Am I really this crazy?

OK, I'll start by giving a little info on us.
I am Jen, turning 40 on Valentines day.5
DH is Skip and he is 47
DD is Claire and she is 4
I also have two older children, but they are not coming. My older DD doesn't care for Disney too much and actually is in FL with stepgrandparents right now. She is 16 and likes hanging out at the retirement community. (where did I go wrong? LOL )
Older DS is 20 and he and my DH don't get along so well, so he lives with my parents and is working for UPS right now.

So I have been wanting to do something special for my 40th birthday. The last two years, we have gone to WDW the first week of March. So I figured that is the best time again. (DH is a dairy farmer and pretends NO time is good to take off)
So I actually started planning a Disney cruise. DH knew I was looking into it and didn't say much or no. Even at Christmas he said we go go where I wanted. So Jan comes around and I start nagging that we should book as the prices are going up, and the lower cat.s are being sold out. He then tells me he really isn't a crusie type person, and a bunch of mumbel jumbo and he would rahter do WDW again. (He also doesn't like change of any kind )
On Jan 22 my sister and her family go to WDW for her DD's 5th b-day. So I start on him again a bit. He says he definately prefers WDW over the cruise, so I look into it more, and find if we book by the 24 we will qualify for the 4/3 discount. But we decide to stay only 6 nights. He then says he would rather do the second week in March instead, so it's warm when we get home.
HELLO it is March in Ohio. We could have ten foot of snow when we get back, even if it was late March. LOL!
So I booked March 8-14.
Super excited about the trip. We are staying one more day than last year. So I get in my palnning mode. I am terrible, and this is when I realize, Yes, I must really be crazy.

Here are some photos of us. I have lost 30 lbs since last year, so I am feeling pretty good about that. Hoping to lose another 5 before the trip.

So I booked our trip online through Disney. We get the $200 gift card, which I am excited about and the base dining plan, which we really like. So I look at the calender through a link I got from someone. It's not the official Disney one, but lists parades, and EMH's etc. Disney's new calendar is just awful and hard to find anything.
I set up the days, deciding that on arrival day we will do HS as they have EMH for evening, and we can then spend a little extra time there, since we most likely won't arrive till 4 or 5. I call and see if CRT is available at all during the week, and it is NOT. So I make a prime time ADR for Sunday and an Akershus one for Tuesday at Epcot.

I get off the phone and realize that the ADR for Prime time was going to be impossible to make. We wouldn't even make it to the park by that time. LOL! I had jumped the gun.
DH comes in and says he wants t odo the dinner show with the dancing (hoop dee doo0, and I said Ok and put that on the list.

So I figured out where else I wanted to go and called back. Had to switch the Prime time to Hollywood and Vine as prime time was full later. Made a BBB appointment for Monday at Mk for DD and 1900 Park Fare dinner. Whispering Canyon for Wed, Hoop Dee Doo for Thurs .

So I start looking at the menus and H&V doesn't really look at that great to me. So I get on Dis and ask, and get alot of not so nice reviews. So I call back again, and remove it and make a CP one for For Friday and figure we'll jsut do CS on arrival day.
OK, everything should be perfect right?
We have several princess dresses for DD and we talk about what she wants to take and narrow it down to a few. She rarely wore regular clothes last year, so I decided we'd bring a dress for each day and just a few sundresses for her if she didn't want a costume. We can do laundry while we are there if needed. So I started reading up on the BBB threads again. We need no new dresses, but I like looking at them. Then started scanning Disney shopping online. I found a really pretty Belle deluxe red dress and some cute shoes and decide to order it. (I'm a glutton) Wasn't sure which size as she is in the in between size now, but went with the smaller as the dress looked really long.
So I ordered it and planned to keep it hidden till we get to Disney and set it out the night before and put a note on it saying that her fairly godmother thought she would like a new dress for BBB.

So I relax a few days and just read up on what I want t odo on Dis, but a passporters book, read my old Birnbaums book.
Then on this past Wed we had dance class and decided to head over to the Disney store afterwards. They have the red dress there and I look at them. I decide to try it on DD. It fits perfectly in length, but the rest just fit, so she won't be able to use it long. So now the delima of trading up for a bigger size or not. The bigger size is WAY to long. It drags and do I really want to put money into this dress to alter it? I literally lost sleep thinking about this. LOL!
I did end up deciding to keep it.
So we should be smooth sailing now, right. Wrong. Becuase I am obssessive.
I have read that HS doesn't have much open on EMH nights. So we most likely won't get in what we ant to do. I decide we will do Epcot that first day, skipo AK altogether, as DH doesn't care for that park and do that day for HS. We wanted 3 days at MK, so there was no way we were willing to give on up.
Then a few days after making this decision, I read a poster saying that the EMH for MK and HS have switched, and MK is supposed to have evening hours on arrival day now. I have looked and looked and can't confirm this, but I am pretty sure this is happening from someone I have been in contact with, so I decide we better make Monday and Sunday MK days (just to be safe), as we like to go to MK late at night. So I change one of my other MK days to a day .

Then I find out that the Epcot day is wrong. The calendar I looked at said no EMH for Epcot on Tuesday, but all others do say it. So I decide I want to change that day to a non EMH day. Which means I need to change our Akershus ADR too and then the Hoop Dee doo ADR to Tuesday. So I call and make the changes and actually get into the earlier Hoop Dee Doo (7:15)
Yes I know this is confusing.

I then stumble upon a trip report talking about the Wonderland tea party. I know DD would love this and decide to make an appointment for her. So I check my mumbled schedule and figure if I do AK on Wed, we could do the tea party that day too. AK does have extended hours that night, but we really are only going to go for one or two shows and if it's bad we will leave.
So I call and book her tea party yesterday. I decide to try and make our Whispering Canyon ADR for latertoo. I wanted 7, but the lady told me 6:30.
She was really hard to understand, and I wonder if I should try again for a later time.
So I think I have it all settled now.
