Does anyone have any suggestions for best activities to do in Nassau??

My husband and I are traveling with our two kids ages 10 and 8. Friends are also traveling with us!

As its spring break the week of our trip we will be staying two days at Disney as well. I know it's not enough time but have only until the Sunday off.

gubbytrip--as for things to do in Nassau--we are heading over to Atlantis. My kids are young and they are so fascinated with aquariums that I think they will love it. We're signed up for the Stingray thing at Castaway Cay, but I think we might cancel that though since I'd rather relax and not have to be somewhere at a certain time.

My daughter wants to parasail and I signed up for snorkel equipment and floats . I just heard its amazing!

Just discovered this board (great idea). I will be going with my wife and 2 daughters 4 years old and 20 months, and my In-Laws I am sure i should have put D something for that but i have no idea what goes with what.

This will be my very first cruise ever so i am so looking forward to it. I just found out that you can do a 5k run/race on Castaway Cay. It seems it's very well organized, they have bibs for you, it's timed and they even have finisher medals, (plastic but a nice touch). Will anyone be doing this run?

For those that have been on this cruise before any quick tips for my family, or must do's/dont's?

Glad you found the board! We have a face book group as well. It won't let me paste a link, but if you search for: Disney Dream March 30, 2014 you can select to join.

Our family will be doing the 5K as well. We are looking forward to that wonderful plastic medallion and race # for our small little collection.

There is also another great facebook group called: Disney Cruising Has a TON of information about the cruise, tips, tricks, etc. Our group also has 2 groups of Fish Extender participants. Its like a whole new world when cruising with Disney.
