We have already done the online registering for all 5 of us. It was so easy to do and will save lots of hassle at the port.

First of all...Welcome to Ellen Drew and family!!!!! We, like you are taking our 2nd cruise as well..the first was just a 3 day last March, first we did DIsney World and not knowing what to expect on the DIsney Cruise, we opted for the 3 day....turns out the cruise was way too much fun, and way too short!!!! SO we are just doing the cruise this time

ejkjmom: Thanks for the big "welcome"! We were 3-day-ers last March too... March 8-11th (or so) it would have been. Were we on the same cruise?

Guess we're glad you're on early seating if you're going to eat up everyone's dinners... LOL! It would be sort of like going to a bar with me and/or Drew.....

Assuming "ej"' and "kj" are ds's or dd's? How old? Ours are dd's, 8 & 11.


Oh, and I bought 99 cent rain ponchos at Target this week. Figured if I bought them we would not need them, but if I did not get them it would pour. So, if the weather is nice, y'all have me (and my $3.96 splurge) to thank!

I'm pretty sure it is still there. I haven't been to Los Alamos in years. We just pass it by it on our way to LA every few months.
We also got married in '92 (July 25th) at the Shore Cliff in Shell Beach. Are you from this area originally?

DD12(almost13)Alana is also hyper.She used to have a Tigger-baby shirt that said"You say Hyper like it is a bad thing" which she loved. I have a feeling Alana and April will get along well.

Ellen.....OMG thats Crazy.... we were on the same cruise as you last March!!!!! That's funny....Did your girls do much of the kids clubs? My girls Emily 13 and Kaylee 10 only went to the clubs for maybe a total of two hours....with only three days and no at sea days, it seemed like we were always busy doing something other than the kids club,,,

Ron and I never did Palo's either, did you guys? We have brunch reservations this time w/ the group, but was to late to book any individual reservations, am hoping maybe to snag one, once we are on board..

I like you, didn't find this site until after our first cruise...So we didin't know anyone else on that cruise , but now...... I can't wait to meet everyone, wouldn't that be even more crazy if we actually recognized each other

Apirl...I have a DD10, and she is very HYPER also, she is in 4th grade this year and....she love's choc or anything w/sugar in it...we like to call her our little mermaid, because she LOVES to be in water!!!! There are acutally quite a few girls your age on this board. You girls can all get a chance to meet at the Dis meet, before we sail!!!! I know it will be great fun
we will have to be sure to hide the choc from you though we don't want you bouncing all over the place

One more week until we cruise. I hope you all have a great weekend, Caro & I have to go shop for some stuff to bring. Sometimes it stinks working different shifts. Don't know about the other parts of the country, but Western Washington was scheduled for more snow last night, down to the 1500 foot level. What is going on with the weather? I thought Phil said early Spring?

We're all registered. We have ponchos. I lost weight again this week!!! I am fitting into my summer stuff. I am SOOO ready. Today a customer came in who just got off another ship and said the Carribean is gorgeous and about 80 degrees every day!!!

We won't be hitting our 15th, but we hit our 14th on Mar 6. And it will be my birthday on Mar 3. Two celebrations while on the ship! Can't wait.

We bought another 5 piece suitcase set today...I'm glad the airport only allows 2 per person or we would be in trouble!

Well - we are staying the night in Macon, GA (and yes, I checked my office email right before logging in here) We drove over 800 miles today and the temp went from -10 celcius to +20 celcius - yeah!

Well, off to bed and we'll finish the drive tomorrow - I'll try to check in again if there's a computer at whatever hotel we're at tomorrow night

Don't tell him, just come on over Friday to Grills for dinner. If not, just stroll through Diversions at 2:30 on your way somewhere and realize "Oh, I didn't know this is where this was".

I am bumping us up...I have been so busy with preparation that I haven't been around...

We are mostly packed...not that great of an accomplishment as we were more than 1/2 there in January before our cancelled 1/20 trip...I just kept the suitcases full and put them away!

Couple ?s for anyone who is around...

Palo brunch...what is the recommended dress code for that...what are you all wearing...

Kids and $...Emily has saved her own money for the trip...I don't want her to have charging privileges on our KTTW card, so can money be placed on her card for just her...you know...earmarked (no pun intended, but cute nonetheless!) I have heard about people giving kids $ for the arcade, how is that done...is that just from the family's account with a verbal warning about a set limit? What have you done? Can she use a disney gift card for payment for purchases? Any ideas or suggestions?

Hey, by the way, I have about 140 lime green mickey heads with pin backs on them ready to go...what is our official head count these days...I sent the latest spreadsheet to my email at work and haven't gotten a chance to open it yet!

We are so far from packed it's not even funny . I'm usually the type that has everything on a spreadsheet and packed at least 2 weeks ahead. I'm still trying to do some shopping. So I guess there's nothing like waiting until the last minute.

For the Palo brunch the dress code is "cruise casual", i.e. no shorts, tanktops, or swimsuits. So I'm planning on wearing a little sundress or some gauchos and a top. My DH is probably going to wear khakis or jeans and a polo/golf shirt.
