Yes, Mary and Mark are hosting a BBQ at their TreeHouse Villa that night. And I am so excited about that because we don't fly in until that afternoon. So it is gonna kick our vacation off on a great start!

Gary - yes we are hosting a BBQ at the treehouse at 5 pm until ??? on the 21st.

We don't have firm plans for the 19th or 20th yet. Plan on going to Legoland one day and Epcot for Flower and Garden the other. No plans for the evening so if anyone wants to organize a get together we'd be up for it.

My daughter and I will be with you guys on the March Dream Cruise!! *little dance*

We're so excited! It's our first cruise. We live in Kentucky and we've been to Disney World twice - once when my daughter was 6 and in 2010 when she was 16. We're taking this cruise as her 18th birthday and graduation gift. Her birthday is March 15.

Anyway, we would love to participate in some activities and particularly in the Fish Extenders group. It sounds like such fun! Could you please add us to the group and let me know what the current and expected count is so we can start planning a project? Thanks!!

Also, I've been compiling a list of Disney Dream Tips - tips to make the trip more fun! I posted that document on the Facebook Group. Everyone feel free to add to the bottom of the list!

I've never cruised with Disney before, but I see that you can book your next cruise with Disney while on board and you get a 10% discount and an onboard credit.

Let's assume for a minute that after I meet you guys I totally love you and want to cruise with you again. How do you normally plan your cruises as a group? Do you go ahead and pre-book through Disney for the 10% discount or do you wait and book as a group for the group discount?

Hi Stephenie

This group is mostly comprised of people who met on DVC Member cruises in the past. Mary can give you the exact facts, but I believe the idea was to sail on the Dream (this will be the 1st time on the Dream for many of us) with a bit of a longer itinerary than the usual 3 or 4 night cruises. This cruise was chosen because it has a 'double dip' at Castaway Cay, which we all love .

It's a really good idea to book your next cruise while on board. Not only do you get the 10% discount, but you get an on board credit as well. We usually book another cruise and then move it over to our travel agent when we get home. You are not locked in on the date you chose; you can keep moving the date if you wish. In fact, you can tell the rep that you just want to book a dummy date and they will help you do that.
