Good Sunday Morning! :goodvibes

Looks like no precipitation here today. Thank goodness. But it is to be cold. :headache: Don't like the cold. But I live in Iowa sooooooo, I have to live with it. :rolleyes1

But I totally agree with Monika as to wishing I was sailing away today. I think cruising is my all time favorite vacation. Until maybe one day when we can try an Adventures by Disney vacation. Then my mind may change. ;)

Last night we watched the movie Grownups. Boy was that a good movie. We really enjoyed it. If you get a chance, try to watch it. It was a comedy, romance, family oriented movie. Very good.

Good Morning my Cruisin' Buddies!!

Well, it's been a fabulous morning here and I have the pictures to prove it!

I had a wonderful surprise from DH last night - he was fulfilling a Dream and one that we had postponed for quite a while!

First we opened a bottle of wine, and then he led me back into the room where our computer is - and there on the screen was a picture of a Hot Air Balloon!!

I have been wanting to do this for so long and today was the day! It was a sunrise flight, and absolutely perfect weather.

So I will post some of our pictures so you can enjoy it with me! It was fantastic! :dance3:

I am happy for you!:thumbsup2

Gld you got to do some thing you have always wanted.

Not sure if I could do that.

I also love the way your hubby told you. How romantic.

Still in the balloon, waiting to hop out - but not wanting it to be all finished! I wanted to go right back up. It was a fantastic adventure! :cool1:

Yes, Monika, it was great - I loved every minute! We went up about 2200 feet. It wasn't breezy at all so we didn't go far but . . .

I know I am slow but I thought I would share some of our photos from last weekend. Keep in mind that I didn't take that many for some reason. :confused3

Thanks guys - I knew you would all love to share this with me. But 5 am was very early and I feel like I'm starting to crash. We went out of a little patch of farm land not far from my mom's place. And yes, if there was more wind we probably would have flown over a lot of sites we would know, but we actually didn't go far at all, but it was still terrific. Yes, DH gets a gold star and .
