Good morning everyone. Happy Wednesday!

Lisa - wow you have a lot on your plate (as usual). Don't know how you do it. Here's hoping for a great vacation for you, your mom, and the rest of the family. I love Thomas Kincade and got to meet him and his wife at a special breakfast in WDW a few years ago.

It has been a beautiful few days here in Chicagoland. Here's hoping everyone else gets to enjoy some beautiful days before winter hits us.

What a great idea Dianne. Sue can I have his address too and what some of his favorite things our. I know a while ago there was a woman on the DIS on the community board and her son loved Wheat Thins and he got boxes and boxes of them!

I agree what a great idea, my sister does troop package drive and has sent over 120,000 ponds of items over in the last 5 years. If you could give me his address as well, we will send something over!

Just checking in and subscribing to this thread to keep an eye on things even though I'm not officially booked yet...

I am an alumnus of SSMC08 and just recently returned from a 7 night western on the Magic . My brother Frank and I are booked on the West Coast Repo cruise next April, bringing the Wonder from LA (my 1st trip to Disneyland ) to Canada for those of you that will be traveling to Alaska. We are also currently booked on a 7 day eastern on the Magic next October.

Right now, my plan is to book this cruise while onboard the Wonder next April to take advantage of the discount and OBC. Sadly, it does not look like my brother will be able to join me due to work commitments (sorry, no Pirate Mass this cruise) I'm thinking about booking an inside Virtual Porthole room just to see what it's like

Anyway, I hope you don't mind if I check in on this thread once in awhile to see what's going on. And hopefully, I'll be able to check in 'officially' next May.

Sorry to hear Frank can't join us but I know he'll be there in spirit. With a Thursday to Tuesday sailing it would have been special to have a pirate mass on board. For those who missed it Frank is a Catholic Priest who offered to say Mass on Saturday evening before SSMC08. It was a small but wonderful group and there were lots of joking before and after about saying the ARGHHHH Father.

Unfortunately, this cruise falls during Lent, a rather busy time for him.
