Mary, I have a question. Since we have all seem to start posting on this thread on a regular basis now, does this mean that the thread from the ssmc09 is done - or will that stay open - should we start a fifth thread there since it is close to being closed anyway?

Sue - that really depends on the posters. I would say since just about everyone who was still posting here is now posting here it best to let it die. If it keeps going and then hits 3750 posts then we can certainly start a new thread. I haven't looked at the post count to see how close it is to that.

Well, I made it through the first day without cheating. I am not really hungry, I just feel sick from not eating sugar and junk. This morning's breakfast was ok...I keep reminding myself that no food is going to taste as good as my comfort food laiden with fat and sugar. This food is meant to nourish me, and keep me alive. SO, I am still hopeful.
