March 2011-who has started packing?

I leave my house in 28 days! Should I start packing? I was just wondering when all my fellow MARCH 2011's start to pack?

I leave in 14 days.
I plan on doing most of my packing this weekend. Then, last minute things next weekend. I will clean my house on Wednesday the day before we leave. It is hard to go in March. I am not sure how cool it may get at night!

I always clean my house before I leave and make sure my laundry is done. I like coming back to a clean house!

We will be leaving for Disney in 15 days...I have thought about starting to pack so will more than likely start working on it next week...plus I will also have to check the kids spring clothes to make sure that they still fit or if we have to go buy new clothes for them We can't wait so excited that it is getting closer and closer

I know I will have to buy more shorts for my 5 1/2 year old. She has gotten taller. I will probably go to some consignment stores for some basic shorts and hopefully find some Disney Tshirts. I want them to wear Disney all the time while we are there.

It was funny, I had my kids try on some shorts, it's amazing to see how much they grow in a year!!

Great Question!! I find that lots of the fun of the trip is in the preparation!!
So...with 15 days left to go,,I have most of the packing done.
Quart size Ziplocs are already filled with the appropriate 3 oz. bottles
Underwear folded and Ziploc'd /nightgowns/flip flops packed
T-shirts folded
Shorts and capri's folded
Hair Care bagged
Meds packed
I always pack a small flashlight, and electrical tape for last minute repairs
Yesterday went to the library and got books for reading by the pool..
Just printed an update of the NEW park and parade Times...(2-19-11)
noted updates on my WDW "folder" that goes with me for check in...
I JUST LOVE ALL the planning!!! I've done it for 40 years,,,and hope to keep doing it for many more!!!

We are there March 19th thru the 27th. I plan on startting next weekend. I need to get my suitcases out, start organzing, etc. Can't believe this time next month we will be there. Praying for good weather!!!

We leave in 11 days. Just told DD this morning we will pack next weekend. Cant wait to get away from the snow. How are the crowds in March?

We leave in 11 days and our suitcases are out but there is nothing in them yet. I am hoping to get most of the packing done this weekend.

We leave in 10 days and so far I have packed only in my mind! LOL!! After reading other peoples posts, I feel like as soon as I get off work today I need to run home and start actually packing!! So much to do and only 10 days left. UGH!!! Please Fairy Godmother make the 10 days fly by QUICKLY!!

8 more sleeps for us, and I just started to pack today so I know what I need to buy before we leave. Just me and DD, but of course we'll each have 2 suitcases (flying SWA, so no worries about paying for extra bags!) - I usually pack a small suitcase with snacks and breakfast items, then I have an empty bag to bring souvenirs home in! I'll be completely done by this weekend and waiting for the long nights to pass until Tuesday next week! And the temps look awesome so far - highs in low 80s and lows in high 50s! Better than snow that I have to look at right now!

I have the process of packing all over my dining room! The days are flying by and all seem to be full of events that have nothing to do with the trip. Oh I can't wait to leave the ugly snow behind, but I would love a day off from work or a fairy godmother to pack for me and take care of all the little last minute details...

so far i only have the kids summer gear packed, its kinda hard to know how to dress for the weather since ive never been , is there a doing disney for the first time checklist/ cause i would love one of those right now , ! we dont leave until the 19 but i like to be very prepared !

I don't think I've completely unpacked from our last trip yet! I might have to start doing what my mother in law does and just leave my "disney suitcase" packed and sitting by the door. We've got 28 days so plenty of time I guess. I've made our binder already, so that's the important part. Gotta be organized!!!

Sooo, keep checking the weather like the OCD person I am - leave soon and now it's supposed to rain for three days of our trip so far, after being sunny and hot all this week while I wait to go! Oh well, guess thunderstorms are better than snow - but this is supposed to be one of the least rainy months of the year - how'd I get so lucky? Guess that explains my losing lottery ticket last night!

Yes, I have!!! I have packed "spring" clothes - capris, t-shirts, hoodies and the like. I wish I had gone this week though. The weather looks awesome.

I've been following weather reports but they change every day! They are so inconsistent right now.
