Haha! Don't I know it! She is already OBSESSED with the princesses so a trip to Ariel's Grotto is going to put her over the edge. Should really be fun!

We are going for our first trip to DLR March 2-10!! We aren't totally sure where we are staying, although DH really seems to think that this Islander Inn would be fine...We were going to keep it a secret from DD, but we told her on the weekend. We did a scavenger hunt for craft supplies (supplies for a countdown calendar), and the final clue took her to the basement computer that had the screen saver scrolling "You are going to Disneyland" to which she replied "for real!!" LOL it was great!!

We're going March 16 and 17, I think. We haven't actually made any reservations yet and are still finalizing plans.

My Aunt just called and My cousin's son is getting married on 3/13 in LA.. so I will just have to go and then I can spend some time at DL too...

I am an AP holder in WDW don't think they will honor that at DL so..

According to the countdown tracker at my house, we have 64 days left assuming we've turned one over everyday. lol

However, our hotel is up in the air now. I can get the Tropicana for the same price as HOJO. It's closer and has a free (but meager) breakfast. If HOJO doesn't offer up EC rates for any nights during our stay, we may very well go with Tropicana. I've got reservations at both just in case.

Just as long as Fri, Sat and Sun they are open till midnight I will be happy.

So far we are going to Napa Rose for dinner one night, our 18th anniversery dinner. Mickey and Friends for breakfast, Orleans Cafe at least 4 times (my fav place) and Storytellers cafe (I love the corn muffins, they are to die for )

We also went with GC since it is where I have wanted to stay forever. It is just a standard room, however I requested a room near the CA entrance or near the entrance to DD.

I hope the carmel apples are as good as they were in November. This will be such a fun trip we went in 1992 after we got married, however then my hubby's family all tagged along and let's just say I am impressed we are still married.

We have spent a week in SoCal every year (just not necessarily going to disney) in March for an event we attend, and have never had bad weather. Its usually quite warm and sunny with the evenings sometimes being a bit chillier, but nothing terrible.

I'm in Nor Cal, too! What a storm we are having! I used to live in Los Angeles though and March weather is pretty nice. It will occasionally rain but it is not bad at all.

We will be there from March 22-26th. First time with the kids!! So excited, we are staying at the desert inn and suites, really wanted a hotel across from the entrance for breaks. Can't wait!!

March 19-23 HoJo (unless I decide I must stay at DLH)

It's my first trip to DL. I went to WDW with my 3 older kids 7 years ago. I didn't expect to like it. I was a cynic. And I had the most fun ever and have been looking for an excuse to get away to Disney[anything] ever since. This trip will be sans the older children and just with the two Disney newbies, girl 4, and boy 6.
