and if I lose more yippie
for me
I feel I am doing really good march 6th I came back for a quickie dw trip and ate~drink what I wanted but walked all day long at the parks came back and lost .4 lbs at weight watchers. Then this past friday I went to myrtle beach for my dd's cheerleading competition til this past Monday and lost 1.4 lbs this of course this trip was much less excerise I really needed to keep on track but I did have a couple of beers and still lost!!!

We would all love to hear some of the things that you are doing to take off the weight.
in total as of today I lost
who knew about 2 yrs ago i would have made a funny face and would say "yuck". Since I started on ww i have lost 15 lbs (11 weeks) and feeling really good....i need to lose about another 20 lbs to really feel good!!!
