Sorry, I didn't post updates yesterday. It has been crazy around here and I have been very busy. The great thing is that I have been getting some exercise and yesterday worked my fingers to the bone cleaning house (that counts as exercise, right).
Welcome to the newcomers! Aspen and SpacMtnFan, what is your weight loss goal for March? It is great that you both have lost so much. If you put down your totals for this month, I will be happy to post them on the first post.
In all, I have lost 1.8 lbs so far. Making it to the 10 will be tough, but I am thrilled with any lost weight that I can get.
Looks like we have alot of great support here which helps. Hey, if we don't make our goals this month, just be happy with the progress we have made and then continue it into next month. Remember, it really is a lifestyle change and I have found that as we focus on making other changes in our life to support a healthy weight it often is hard to focus on the weight alone.
This week, I have been dejunking and really, really simplifying the things we have. It was amazing how much lighter I felt after cleaning out a bookcase and not seeing it crammed with books and stuff. Not a big focus on weight loss, but at least I wasn't eating during that time and I started to se a semblance of who I used to be. Which I think will all eventually help in the actual weight loss. Hey, it can't hurt can it?
