Yippee - my DS (will be 11) and I will also be going at 10:30. Btw, we're from Maryland. DD and DH will be on the banana boat - we didn't want to do this. I actually think this is more relaxing sounding than the banana boat!
My understanding is that for most travel they *really* want the passport good longer than you'll be out because they don't want to deal with the hassle if you end up in another country, not allowed back here, and not wanted by the other country anymore because of visa issues.
According to PassPorter, the weight range is 90 -350. Since your DS is not yet 90, it looks like you'll need to do tandem. DH and I will each be going solo - since we are both over 90lbs and under 350!nlm -
I am assuming parasailing will be together? I hope we'll be okay - I am afraid of heights in a bad way, and DS is afraid of pretty much everything. I think it'll be good for us to FACE our fears!!!!! Expensive, but good!
My DH went parasailing with a friend in Hawaii a few years ago, and they were strapped together - two grown men! It was cute when I saw the pictures! So I was assuming me and my little 70 pound son will be - together I don't think we weigh 200 pounds.
I'm missing Enchanted?!?!?! I'm OBSESSED WITH THIS MOVIE! I wish money wasn't ever an objectI just called to find out which movies will be playing on our cruise. Here's what they told me are on the schedule for 3/15 - 3/22:
National Treasure 2
Enchanted
Dan in Real Life
Ratatouille
The Game Plan
Wild Hogs
Bridge to Terabithia
Meet the Robinsons
Underdog
Pirates 3
Quite a selection!![]()

I'm not a big roller coaster fan - the up and down and back and forth just don't do it for me. Parasailing looks pretty smooth - at least once you are in the air - so I'm looking forward to it.
Pictures, huh? Well, I'm in the market for a new bathing suit, so maybe I'll get one w/swim shorts. I can just imagine the picture otherwise....![]()

I haven't seen the second National Treasure yet either. According to what I hear, there is a scene in the movie that was filmed in the basement of Mount Vernon - which is not open to the public normally. Mount Vernon got so many phone calls about it, that they decided to open the basement from mid January to mid February to the tour. We're talking about going tomorrow to check it out. It's going to be HOT tomorrow - high in the 40's- and so it looks like a good day to go.

Hmm... I might just have to look at my calendar for next Sunday. I'm down in DC volunteering at the Smithsonian, and it's not *that* much further to Mount Vernon (well, less than twice the time, anywayI'd love to hear if you go if it's interesting. I haven't been there in about a year and a half or so.
