Welcome craftyemily! Happy to have you join us! We have been a bit quiet here lately but hopefully will start chatting more as we get closer to the trip.

I ordered some shirts for pirate night. They just came in today and I LOVE them! They are black and have a skull with crossbones that has mickey ears and a pirate bandana! Cant wait to be able to wear them.

Anyone else been doing any planning? Still been reading about and thinking about excursions.

Hello and welcome to the DIS. My wife and I have been using (addicted too) the DIS for several years. There is a lot of information that can be found not just in our meet thread but all over. If you have a question just ask and there will be someone that will have the right answer. There are no silly questions on the DIS only Disney fanatics .

We look forward to seeing everyone on the cruise. And I cannot wait until JETBLUE and SouthWest release their schedules. We fly from Buffalo, NY

Good luck to all of you waiting for airlines to release! I ended up booking on Delta as I got a great deal and I havent seen much lower on SWA, even figuring in the bags. We always get a little nervous with the open boarding too. Hopefully I made a good decision!

We are an informal group. There will be groups of 12 staterooms (we're still working on the first group). When one fills up, I will start another.

There are no rules, just one expectation: Please just agree to deliver a gift to each of the other staterooms in your group. You can give a gift of one per stateroom, or for individuals, or whatever combination you prefer.

How are you all coping with the summer heat?

Our DD is off on a summer school trip, DH works shifts, and so I am left at home with the new four-month-old puppy! Fortunately our basement is nice and cool, so I can get my DIS fix while she lounges on the cool tile floor!

We hit WDW in less than two weeks and will be celebrating a few days during New Years Eve / New Years so we will be getting our adis fix but still can't wait for DCL again. So if that holds true then this week-end it could be released or next. I am watching the JetBlue Website to see if there is any mention of it. Based on the Southwest release schedule that one DISer has been tracking, and depending on when you're planning on travelling, it looks like there will be one Southwest release date in late July, and another in late August.

Last year we had to book our outbound on the first release date, and our return on the second. I recall we were at Bay Lake Tower and I was up at 6 a.m. hitting refresh refresh refresh to get us home!
