Yea! I am still struggling with a good idea for what to give others for our FE gift. Is there anywhere I can go to see what others have done in the past to get an idea?

There is a thread on the main forum, just search FE and you'll hit it...but don't worry yourself too much or do too much, anything small, my kids loved the pencils with the state on it! Or just a piece of candy! I'm trying to be crafty this go round and I'll probably fail! I'm only doing it b/c the kids wanted to do something fun b/c so many were much more creative than us the last time...I'm just hoping they stay together b/c I am NOT crafty! I'm an ideas person not a carry through person!

Thank you! I also am a great idea person but when it comes to putting it together and it looking good well..lets just say its a 50/50 shot!! Got a better idea now and it was very helpful! Thank you!

Attention moms of cheer participants! Madeline and Taylor want to know which girls can do standing tumbling on hard floor. They will probably have Ash doing standing tucks. If anyone else can do that or standing handsprings on a regular floor, let me know, they want to put it in the routine. Neither older girls wants to, I think they are planning on just basing a simple stunt and not doing too much themselves.

Taylor can do standing back handsping and series. Probably won't try a standing tuck on a hard floor because she doesn't always land it.

I wondered if any of you might know the answer to this....

I read on the main forum that is your child looses their kids club Mickey band there is a $50 charge to replace it. What I want to know is do the tweens in the edge need a band? If they decide to do one activity in the lab would they need a band? My daughter hates wearing these and I really do not want to pay $50 if she "accidently" looses it!!

Does anyone know our current Port days and times? I went to disney and it shows the days along with the Stops but I couldn't find the times.

I know it is earlier in the thread somewhere but didn't want to dig and dig.

Also, the new On Line check in now has you list your arrival time at the port. I just now did ours tonight and the earliest time avail was noon. I had hoped to check in sooner that. Anyone know what happens if you come sooner?

I really don't think it matters what time you actually get to the port. I haven't heard of them turning you away if you arrive earlier. We have the 10:30 check in time.

Well we DID it! I FINALLY booked something for one of our Cabo days.It is 9:30 am on March 18th.

We booked the Kraken Hunt (Whale Watching) on the Buccaneer Queen pirate ship!

I thought it was a good price. $25 for 5-11 and $42.75 for adults.



Since Disney canceled our Disney sponsored Pirate ship (which was snorkeling...brrrrr in March) this will be prob better in the end. I think going on a whale watching excursion sounds fascinating!!

We are doing the Beach Buggy & Swim through DCL. I have always wanted to take an excursion where you drive buggy's around. This sounded like fun.

We don't have anything planned for the first stop at Cabo. I think we are going to just get off the ship and shop & get back on. I really want a relaxing trip and I don't think I want an excursion at all three ports. I want to enjoy the ship....watch some movies & go to the Rainforest room!

4 weeks and we are on the ship!! I am going shopping tomorrow....

That sounds fun. So does the zip lining that a lot of people are doing. My DS is in Kindergarten so that means those type of adventures we'll need to wait a few years for!


The other Excursion choice we've made is to go to Crown resort in PV. I have my email confirmation with the prices ready to pack just in case we have a problem. The resort looks like it is very family friendly and the price is right!

We are signed up to do this excursion as well. But after hearing of the times it is taking people to get a tender in Cabo we're almost thinking we will have to cancel. The meeting time is 8:30 and you have to take a water taxi to the Marina that the Buccaneer Queen is located at. We are watching the reports of tender times closely since we only have to cancel within 36 hours to get a full refund. I really hope we can go because our kids are stoked for this excursion.

At this moment, last year, we were at Port Canaveral, bording a Disney bus to take us back to the airport.
We were on the "8" day cruise that was stuck for an extra day at Castaway Cay!!! What a trip that was!

I can't believe that was a year ago today.....
