Us too. Its so much easier to leave knowing you are coming back!

If you can , try to book right away. They have, in the past , offer a draw for $200 stateroom credit if you book on the first couple of days. And it really gets busy as the cruise comes to an end.......

It's official!!! I cannot draw Minnie Mouse with puffy paint!! My hubby said my Minnie on the cheer t-shirt looks like a slice of bread. Oh well, I did my best! I got a lot done yesterday and all but DD is packed and ready to go. I even have the luggage tags on the bags!!

Denise how was the concert?? I am so sorry we had to miss it. I had to get stuff done yesterday.

2 weeks from now we will be having breakfast at sea!!

We are, too!! Our 20th anniversary is August 29th..but when I priced out the next week's sailing, it was cheaper..I've been holding a certain category but may just go GTY...I think we'll go the first or second week of September!

We can't put our luggage tags on until after our flight to CA!! But I have them in hand. They will be in my carry on so the airline doesn't lose them.
I have been reading trip reports this AM. I am a little concerned about the rough seas on the first and last night. Three out of six of us get really sea sick. I have some OTC seasick stuff, but I don't want to fall asleep either.

Any suggestions? Should I call the doctors office and see if there is anything that won't make me sleepy!!

Hey Tara!! Ready for the storms??? The pines are swaying here!

I wish we could afford the fantasy in 2012. But we would have to go in the summer and it is over $6000 for a family of four in an inside room. We are going to go on the Dream for five nights instead. I will be happy!!!

Get Bonine! Dramamine makes you drowsy, but Bonine works just as good (if not better) and it does not make you drowsy. The seas on the first and last day are probably going to be rough because we have had so many late winter storms and it is so cold. I went ahead and got a Transderm Scope Patch from the pharmacy (prescription needed) and am really hoping to not have to use it. I had blurry vision and yucky side effects the last time I used it, but I wanted to have it just in case.

Adorable!! I may try to fix mine by filling in the Minnie and maybe I can make it more round. Right now she looks like a rounded block with small ears!

Love the T-shirts!! For those not so crafty, don't worry! Anything homemade is a treat to wear...not one of us out here are looking at the mistakes, just how precious it is that you took the time to make something fun!!

Wow! 6k!! The 8 night Fantasy for one room for family of 5 was under 4k! But there are only a few of those (8D i think) so I keep calling and putting it on hold, I do NOT want to pay a thousand down right now to hold a cruise for next year! So hoping it hangs on until we book on the ship!! EEK!

I also had blurry vision when I wore the patch on the last cruise! It was terrible. I didn't wear it for long when it made everything blurry.

From what I hear blurry vision is the #1 side effect of the patch and that a lot of people experience it when they use the patch. A slight blur I could handle, but this made it so I felt like I was unable to walk.

Maybe try getting the Bonine online?? You could order it from one of the online pharmacies. I looked and it looks like it may be cheaper than what I paid in the store. I got mine at Wal-Mart, but it was not in the normal place. It was on a bottom shelf by the preventitive medicine.

I only used Bonine the last MR cruise and I did fine. I am a person who gets seasick when I watch water!!

Have not heard!! Will this also change our days/times in the ports, or just the evening activities like Pirate Night?

Called DCL: Day 3: Formal Night, Day 4: Pirate Night, Day 6:Semi Formal.

ARRRR - I thought Formal night was Day 2. I have Palo on Day 3.

Have you checked Target? I got Bonine there a couple of years ago. I think they even had a generic target brand. I asked the Pharmacist and they found if for me. Good luck. I may have to bring some too. Never had a problem before but DD has a tendency to get motion sickness. That is why I bought it before but she did not need it in the Caribbean.
