Oh My Goodness!!!!

I just sat down at my computer to pay some bills...yeah, I know, fun weekend activity. I looked at the calendar and clock and realized that exactly one month from today, at this time (12:30), I could be eating lunch on the ship at Cabanas!!! Yay!

We're one month to go everybody!

Gina- thanks for being fair with our three missing FE groups. You gave them plenty of time and opportunity to respond. Thanks for organizing the list for the rest of us too.

FE and Concierge Rooms- anybody know the drill for delivering to a room that is in the concierge area? I think we have one cabin but I don't think we'll have access to that area of the ship.

Spent some time digging through the summer wardrobe today. The kids have grown! I'll have to shop for cruise clothes for both of them before we go.
Picked up an organizer to hang in the bathroom and started my detailed list. The packing pile has begun!!

I just LOVE Cabanas. We had some great meals there on our last Dream cruise.

I've also started packing. First thing to go in the suitcase: two swimsuits and two cover-ups. I'm really looking forward to doing the Aquaduck again!

Spent some time earlier today watching the Port Canaveral cam and the sail away of the Dream. I had heard earlier ships sound their horn but I was amazed when Disney's horn sounded like "A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes" and "Be Our Guest". I read something like that on the boards but first time I heard it! So awesome!

Been searching thread to find out about FE deliveries for concierge cabins. Came across this info: they can be delivered to either GS or concierge office, as long as they are marked as to what room they are intended for.

Thanks, good to know about concierge.

I just went out on the weekend to Justice with my dd to get bathing suits. Only place I could find them. They had flip flops too. My dd has grown so much as well so I needed to do shopping. Thankfully my ds is ok.

Thank you to all the FE group for all the thanks that has been sent my way via email and disboards. It really is my pleasure! Can't wait

I have not heard from the other families so it is up to you but I will be heading to FL March 1 so I will not be updating after that. So whatever list we have by Feb 28th is the final list.

I cannot believe the snow and now rain that we have got this season. We were so spoiled last winter I forgot what snow looked like. I cannot wait to be walking in the Castaway Cay sand and not trudging through all this snow

Not sure I will ever meet this group, but thanks for celebrating the journey together. Can't wait to get there!!!

FE gifts complete. Draft packing list begun. Today our high is 4celcius and people are saying wow, it's so nice out. OMGosh R THEY CRAZY?

Hahahaha- I'm right there with you. Our high today in NH is the same (39F/4C).

It was so sunny this morning it almost hurt...I realized we hadn't had a sunny morning in over a week. Felt like I had just emerged from a cave! It was a good reminder to make sure I pack sunglasses since most likely I won't need them driving to the airport and they will get forgotten in the car.

Almost finished with our FE gifts- need this upcoming weekend to completely finish them. I have had a big tote bag out that I've been tossing things in to remember to pack.

Does anyone know where the drop off location is for the Aquaventure excursion? do they drop you off at the Royal Towers? then you walk to the entrance to Aquaventure?

I'm a little nervous but we booked a room at Comfort suites for $250 which includes the aqua adventure waterpark for 4 - we were just going to take a taxi? Can we hop on this bus?

Atlantis is offering $65 a night per person so I was so excited. Thought I'd be smart and book that instead. Got a quote of $800 and told minimum length of stay required. Naaaaa don't think so. Comfort suites still the way to go for me

This works out to $95.11pp for aqua adventure. We have one extra ticket... not sure what to do with it yet...

went with dd14 & dh to get dd a couple new bikini's - WE NEARLY FELL OVER No more baby girl - My husband yelled at me 'Cover her up' -

I bought the cute mini skirt tankini cuz old and bikini don't mix too well

We will see hopefully all goes well. Some other posters on the boards have commented they were not allowed to check in early but were given wrist bands first thing and they were off enjoying the park. They had no luggage so they had no reason to go back. I am nervous about the shuttle/taxi and bahama way of life...SSSLLLOOOWWW so getting too and from concerns me a bit. Factoring in taxi/shuttle is something I'm gonna have to wing and that concerns me. If anyone knows more I'd love to know.
