40 sleeps!! Woo hoo. Can't wait to get to wdw, really looking forward to the F&GF at Epcot and riding the newly vamped test track and seeing the fantasyland expansion. We leave march 1st. Starting to make my pile of things to bring.

We would like to be added to the FE list! This is our son's (age 3) first cruise and our daughter's (age 5) first Disney cruise! We are spending a few days at Disney World after the cruise. We were wondering about the debarkation process....what time you can get off the ship and how smoothly it goes! Thanks!

I have sent you a pm with details about the FE and have added your family to the FE list on page 1.

Debarkation (wahhhh!). Is very smooth and simple. Every detail is laid out on your bed the night before with luggage tags to attach to your luggage so you can find it the next morning. You leave your luggage outside your stateroom and it is taken the evening before. You are given a time for your breakfast and your time to debark. Easy peasy.

It's like this: You sadly pack your suitcase the night before and put it outside your door. You sadly say good-bye to your cabin. You eat breakfast as slowly as you can, and then they make you leave. You cling to the door, whining and insisting that the cruise was NOT LONG ENOUGH. The crew politely informs you that you MUST LEAVE NOW. You sulk, pout, whine some more but they still won't let you stay. Finally someone reminds you that you already booked your next cruise. Clinging to that faint hope of a future vacation, you drag yourself from the ship...waving a last, sad farewell as you go.

At least that's what it is like for me.

I'm actually kidding (unless you'd really like to). I only ask this because last week I called in to see if I could pay for an upgrade to a verandah. The cast member said there was a verandah available, gave me the stateroom number and price difference, and that he would put a hold on it for 24 hours (at the time I was at work and could not make payment, but said that I would go online in 2 hours to pay). Well, I went online to finalize things and Surprise! my reservation was still the same. I called back and was told that my new stateroom was sold an hour ago . They checked for any other open rooms, and it turns out that our cruise is now booked to capacity!!! Finally a supervisor told me that if any verandahs come available, that I could move to one of them for the price originally quoted to me. So now I am checking hourly it seems to see if someone cancels. This will be our (DD13 and I) 5th Disney cruise. Really looking forward to going back on the Dream. Currently counting the days, and trying to get our Disney fix by visiting Disney World every month or so as Annual Passholders. Only 39 more days!!!

This will be our first cruise. My DD12 is really getting excited now that it's getting closer. We will start our to Florida on March 8th and arrive at Cocoa Beach for hotel stay night before cruise. Plan on watching the Fantasy sailing down the channel Saturday March 9th at 5:00pm.

Started making my FE gifts. I counted Mom's, Dad's, Grandma's, in-laws etc. and total boys, girls, adults = 92!!

Does this mean I may have 92 FE gifts when it's all over?

Question: would you like to divide into smaller groups??

Majority rules. Let me know and if we are I will divide up evenly and send everyone a list, if not then we better all get to it

For those of you who have signed up and haven't sent me their stateroom number please do so ASAP.

We will be doing 1 gift per stateroom.. I can't see giving 92 gifts or receiving 84 (28 stateroom x 3 of us).
