We will be at WDW 2/25/07-3/1/07 and cruising on the Wonder 3/1/07-3/4/07.

Anyone else cruising at that time?

so we'll be there.

Gotta get my door decorations ready!!!! :thumbsup2

We just booked Land and Sea for the March 1st Wonder sailing. We have been on the Magic twice, and we are looking forward to our first combo trip! Has anyone signed there kids up, or gotten ressies yet?

Jennifer

ok-- gonna do some signing up tonight!! just wondering what others have done.

:wave2:

Yay! Glad to see someone else will be on the Wonder.

We are staying at AKL while on land. I'm really excited about that too. We just surprised the kids on Christmas morning with the trip! They are elated! None of us have ever cruised so this will be new for all of us!

How do I sign the kids up for things???? I am so confused over all of the things that need to be done before the trip!!!!

We suprised the girls Christmas eve with the trip. They are very excited, but not sure what to expect from Disney World, as this will be their first trip. Your family will love the cruise, although I'm worried that it will seem a bit short. This will be our third disney cruise, both of the others were 7 day. I can help with any questions that you may have, however I got most of my answers from this board so you might already know everything I do!

Time to get a countdown clock going.....

Just bumping to see anyone else is cruising!

Hey Pgsahm,
Have you signed your kids up for the clubs yet?

We are going pretty mellow on the excursions for this trip. We are planning on being pretty worn out after four days at WDW. The only excursion we are planning is the snorkel rental at CC.

I bet your kids are prety excited for the trip. My oldest daughter has been reading a "guidebook" for WDW everynight!

I can't beieve there aren't more DISboarders on our trip! Maybe we'll be the only ones with all the inside scoops :thumbsup2

This is our 1st WDW trip, so I'm not very familiar with the park. I think that we are staying at the Carribean Beach Resort.

If you have cruise questions just let me know!

Jennifer

Hi feiste. Yep, I signed the kids up online. I can't remember... was there anything that needed to be printed off and taken with us about that???

We are doing the Dolphin Encounter. The boys do not know about it yet. That's one thing we've been able to keep secret! lol

I've been to WDW a handful of times. Our last trip was in 2001 when we took our oldest son, right before he turned 3. He still remembers quite a bit from that trip! I love WDW. We stayed at the All-Stars Music last time, and that was the first time staying on WDW property. We vowed to never stay off site again! It was so great! I cannot wait to stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge. It sounds awesome.

Have you cruised at this time of year before? Just wondering what to expect weather wise. Will the wtaer be too chilly at Castaway Cay?

We're spending an arm and a leg on this trip. But I'm hoping that dh loves it so much that he will want to do it again soon! A girl can hope right?!

Look out! We're cruising with you all too!

I had booked for March 4th. Then my agent called and Disney overbooked the staterooms that could accomodate 4 for the 3/4/07 sailing. SO they offered us two staterooms for more money.

I did not want to do that, so then it lookedlike we wouold just do a 7 nighter leaving the 3rd.

Then this cruise came along with a rate we could not refuse, so we jumped on it.

I just got done telling the kids last night that we would NOT be going on a Disney cruise! LOL Ssshhh

I have a 10 (almost 11) year old son and an 8 year old daughter. My first cruise, Disney cruise, et al. Still working out all the details for the rest of our vacation. How am I going to get all of this done? Aaarrgghh!

Anyway...hi everyone!!!:cheer2:

Anyone started packing yet? lol

Only 1 month to go!!!!!!!!!!

I noticed today that my stateroom has been assigned. 2581. I guess the paperwork should arrive soon!

I can't wait!!!!!

Great!! It looks like there are a handful of us onboard.

Have you guys booked Palo? I'm not sure if we are going to do it or not. We haven't booked it but we'll check once we board and see what kind of times are available.

We're on too! We booked Palo for March 3rd.

We also booked bike rentals for Castaway Cay to check out the islands.

I'm bringing our own snorkel gear as it would be $100 just to rent their for the four of us.

I have a 10 year old DS and an 8 year old DD

DH, DS, DD, and I have never been on a cruise. I was planning on switching my ressies over to a 7 night leaving the 3rd, but the price difference was just too much. So I think we may just use the money we're saving and rebook a dummy date on board.

Hi!

I just found this board and this thread. We will be on the March 1-4 Wonder also. Myself, DH, DD (4 years old) and my mom (65 years old) - first time on Disney for hubby & I, and for my daughter & mom, first cruise ever.

At first we were only going to do the cruise, but now we're doing one day in Disney after. Not a long time, but we get in free because we have friends who are CMs!

We had a Cat. 12 GTY and got upgraded to a Cat. 9 outside. I realize it's a noisy room, but we're so excited about the porthole we'll wear earplugs!

Laurie

This is our first ever cruise too. We are taking 2 of our 3 boys. The youngest will be staying with my parents. My older two are 5 and 7. This will be the 5 year olds first trip to WDW too! They are so excited. Only 18 days left until our trip begins!

We booked the Dolphin Encounter when on Nassau. The boys don't know about that yet. We're keeping it a surprise!

What is everyone else doing while on Nassau? I think after we get back from the dolphin encounter we're going to stick the kids in the clubs and go site seeing a bit. We've never been to the Bahamas so it'll be new to us.

I forgot to mention.... we're in room 6548 in case anyone is taking notes! ;o)
