Marbles Behavior Plan

I just decided to start the a marble behavior plan with my DSs 3 and 5. I know it has been on the nanny, but I don;t know the details of it. Does anyone do this or something similiar. They get marbles for good things, they come out for not so good things. They earn rewards for filling it. Any other details?

We don't take away what has been earned, but instead my daughter just doesn't earn anything for poor behavior.

Years ago I saw a b-mod film in an institution, and the residents always picked the m&m's as a reward, because they couldn't be taken back. Stuck with me, whether it was pertinent or not!

I assume your daughter won't be able to choke on the marbles?
